Order Adjustments & Cancellations Refunds

To ensure timely delivery, all orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. We kindly ask that any cancellation requests be submitted within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at info@cosettematernity.com.

Once your order has entered processing or has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. We appreciate your understanding as we prepare your pieces especially for you. Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original form of payment within 3–8 business days.

Pre-Orders

Because these items are crafted and reserved exclusively for you, pre-order purchases are final sale and cannot be canceled once production has begun.
